Red leather jacket: styling thoughts

I have an expensive soft leather jacket. Its red. Its lovely but I don't wear it much because I find it hard to make outfits with and to know what to wear it for. It has a stand up collar which can be worn up or folded back. I am trying to make some outfits with it.

I think today I am going to try it with dark wash bootcut jeans and a navy/red/grey striped top.

Other comments:
-It would be great with blue and white, denim
-What a lovely jacket. I also immediately thought blue jeans. I think you are warm coloured so maybe a beige coloured top, or purple is nice with red. Finish with some ankle boots.
